The current standard is to see numerous doctors to assess our own health multiple times a year, we at Floating Goat believe it is just as important to check up on the health of our homes. Small leaks, clogged filters or gutters, or appliances that are on the fritz can cause extensive damage to your home if gone unchecked. Let us take the headache and worry out of it for you by completing a whole home health assessment twice a year while taking care of the regular maintenance that needs to be completed. Your maintenance package will be tailored specifically to your needs based upon your appliances, home age and construction.

Basic Service (Starting at $750/year)

• 2 scheduled visits per year

  • Filters (HVAC, Water, Water Softener etc.)
  • Bulbs & Batteries
  • Smoke & CO Detector Test
  • Gutter Cleaning
  • Dryer Vent Cleaning
• Optional Add Ons
  • Seasonal Start-Up & Shutdown (sprinklers, hose bibs, gutter & roof line heaters etc.)
  • Leak Inspection (Faucets, Drains, Showers & Tubs)
  • Door, Window & Roof Inspection

Premium Service (Starting at $1150/year)

• 4 scheduled visits per year
• Includes the basic services & inspection plus 2 additional mid season check-ups.

Custom Service

Completely customizable service package to cover your home however you see fit. Whether you have special appliances or want more frequent service visits, we can design a maintenance package that will cover all of your needs specific to your home.

Service visits will be roughly 3 hours in duration and include the services & inspection listed above. Additional visits for the Premium Service will be roughly 1.5 hours in duration. Discoveries made during these visits for other repair needs will be billed & scheduled separately and will be conducted within 2 weeks of the maintenance service visit.
